PSAC Connect has been formed with the leading Oil & Gas Service industry association (PSAC) as a result of PSAC actively engaging with their member base and listening to some of the challenges and pressures being faced by the services sector, in what have been the most unstable times in its 35 year history.

The Canadian Oil & Gas sector, in the face of relentless geo-political and supply and demand pressures, require creative and efficient approaches in order to allow for long term sustainability.  At the very heart of the industry are the people that support it and we understand the value attached to having an engaged, determined and cohesive workforce is beyond measure.   This is why PSAC Connect strive to work collaboratively with the service sector, providing a long-term, cost effective, approach to traditional talent attraction and retention strategies.

PSAC Connect has created a series of bespoke initiatives taking an in-depth look at the internal structure and culture of a company , we bring the community together through an array of round table discussions, workshops from the leaders in their field, Research and Insights and topical and informative white papers to maximize your ability to become a leading employing company by attracting, recruiting and retaining a strong workforce.

The Petroleum Services Association of Canada is the national trade association representing the service, supply and manufacturing sectors within the upstream petroleum industry.
We aim to help organizations to attract, retain, and develop talent through a broad selection of offerings, from a myriad of direct recruitment solutions to publications, events, workshops, and vendor management services.
Many of our offerings are available at no cost to PSAC members; member organizations also receive a preferred rate on all of our Talent Solutions.
